Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Kingdom of the Netherlands Miranda Sidran-Kamisalic Receives B&H Painters Staying in the Netherlands

On October 7th, 2009, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Kingdom of the Netherlands Miranda Sidran-Kamisalic received painters from Bosnia and Herzegovina who are staying in the Netherlands as part of an exchange project for painters.

Distinguished B&H painters Mehmed Klepo, Mensur Verlasevic, Dzemail Silajdzic, and Mirza Mameledzija will have a joint exhibition in Amsterdam and in the Josephine Gallery in Naarden-Vesting consisting of over fifty works, paintings, and drawings. The exhibition will be open until November 9th, 2009.

During their visit to the Embassy, the painters suggested to exhibit their works in the Embassy Gallery after closing the exhibition in Josephine Gallery, which Ambassador Sidran- Kamisalic gladly accepted.

Artists from the Netherlands will pay a return working visit this year and exhibit their works in galleries in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
