Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Arab Emirates Organizes Its Annual Reception to Mark the 14th Anniversary of the Dayton Agreement 

In Abu Dhabi, on November 17th, 2009, the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Arab Emirates organized a reception to mark the 14th anniversary of the Dayton Agreement. UAE Minister for Foreign Trade Sheikha Lubna Bint Al Qassimi was an honorary guest at the reception.

On that occasion, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the UAE Radomir Kosic addressed more than 200 guests, representatives of the diplomatic corps and distinguished members of UAE business and medical circles, and emphasized the diplomatic and commercial ties between BiH and the UAE. He pointed out that the UAE has invested in BiH's banking and real estate sectors while, in the last two years, several BiH companies have started their own businesses in the UAE in construction, information technology, and horticulture.

Ambassador Kosic also informed those in attendance about the humanitarian drive organized by the Red Crescent of BiH. The organization carried out the „Srce na dar“ project from November 1st to November 14th, during which 60 heart surgeries were performed at clinical centers in Banja Luka and Tuzla and medicine was provided for 400 patients.
